As the leader and founder of the Rajkowksi Hansmeier legal team, Frank has thirty-three years of legal experience and an extremely impressive body of history. Specializing in personal injury defense, insurance coverage and commercial litigation, Frank’s experience in trial work is second to none and he modestly admits to having a “pretty good ability to evaluate a case.”

He graduated cum laude from St. John’s University before attending the William Mitchell College of Law and repeating honors. Frank clerked for a year after graduation before starting up his own firm in the community in which he grew up. Now the firm has grown to incorporate numerous attorneys and a number of support personnel.

Frank is very active in the legal community and a member of many different associations in the St. Cloud area and also in the national arena. He has also given CLE seminars in the past, imparting that knowledge that he’s retained in the past thirty-three years on his audience.
